Glazed frames come in tulip wood as standard which is then finished in a lime wash, black Indian ink or a painted finish. Natural wood oak or ash are finished with a light wax and come with an options of standard, non-reflective or museum glass
Canvas and wood panel artworks require a tray frame. I can offer tulip wood frames to accommodate varying depths of artwork and various colour finishes.
Artwork can be displayed in various ways, the two most popular techniques are float mounted or the more traditional window mount.

Finishes
As standard we tend to use a black Indian ink or a lime wash finish. Natural wood is finished in a clear wax. I can offer a painting service, this works especially for artists who want to try bespoke colours for a new collection or show.
Colour options
This service is especially suited to artists who wish to create a more personalised colour. The colour range offers over 200 variations and come in eggshell finish, ideal for easy aftercare. Please note there is a lead time on ordering paint and a charge per colour ordered.

Types of glass
Glass come in three options, standard, anti-glare and museum quality. Standard glass is 2mm float glass and my quotes are based on this option.
The anti glare glass made by TruVue™ will cut out 70% of the glare, allowing the artwork to be viewed more clearly.
EconoSpace™ spacers
For glazed artwork humidity can be a long term issue. Creating an airspace inside your frame allows your artwork to breathe. Generally we use a slim 5mm or 3mm spacer created by EconoSpace™ a clear plastic strip that reduces the long term risk of mould.
